Shipping Worldwide
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping, so we can deliver to customers in all regions and countries.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods it may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery normally takes 7 to 14 business days.
This time-frame applies to orders shipping internationally via standard service.

Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.
Please note: For international orders you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties and taxes upon delivery. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@amaterasuculture.com and include your order number, a photo of any damage, and the tracking number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and if appropriate offer a refund or replacement.
